Les Essencies de la Terra by Joan Miró

Miró hand-colored the stunning large special lithograph on Japon nacré in different variations for this deluxe edition of 100 copies (plus 15 out-of-commerce copies). Only the black lines in the lithograph are printed; the rest is hand-colored. Signed and numbered by Miró both on the lithograph and in the colophon of the portfolio.

Illustrated with an additional 11 large plates (six double-page) plus illustrated title and half-title, wrapper covers and box. With text by various writers throughout. The regular issue (without the signed hand-colored lithograph) consisted of 1000 copies.
