“Photographed in 1985, these people are Nomads. Interesting in part for the behavior of their dogs. For the black dog, the woman’s legs represent home. The light dog belongs to the man in the foreground and recognizes his master’s smell. This explains why the dog is using the cigarette pack as a pillow. These three exist in a male dominated mini-society the leader got the best part of the blanket, and his mustached friend got one edge, between them like three pieces of paper, one of which holds some tobacco or marijuana, which made them all pass out. The woman took their shirts and bunched them into a pillow, indicating her possession of the two men. ” – Ken Heyman
